Terms of Electronic Service Provision

§1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the website greyson.pl, operated by Greyson Commercial, based in Gdańsk, al. Grunwaldzka 409.

The Terms comply with the Polish Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services and other applicable legal regulations.

Each user is obliged to read the Terms before using the website.

§2 Definitions

Service Provider – Greyson Commercial, owner of the website greyson.pl.. User – any natural or legal person using the website. Services – functionalities available on the website, including browsing content, contacting via form, subscribing to the newsletter, placing orders (if applicable).

§3 Scope of Services

The Service Provider enables users to:

  • browse informational and promotional content,

  • contact via the form.

Use of the services is voluntary and free of charge, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To use the website, the following are required:

The Service Provider is not responsible for any disruptions in website operation resulting from technical issues on the user's side.
